Chocolate Basque cheesecake
If you are a chocolate lover like María and you love the Basque cheesecake you need to try this recipe. We got inspired by Pariz chez Sharon to make this combination that is easy and it tastes incredible.
500g cream cheese
120g thickened cream
135gr dark chocolate
1 tsp cocoa podwer
15g corn flour
4 medium eggs
1. Preheat oven to 220c
2. Melt the chocolate, in another bowl warm up the thickened cream (make sure that t doesn't boil) and add it to the chocolate, mix it al through.
3. Mix the cream cheese and sugar until sugar dissolves, whisk in eggs one at a time as mixing, fold in flour and chocolate cream with a spatula until combined.
4. Cook it for around 30-40 min. The idea is that the top gets burnt and the middle is still jiggly.
Leave rest at least for 3-4 hours, you can leave it overnight.
Make sure that you eat it a room temperature.
